These instructions apply to data received by the Miami Imagine Media social-media management integration from Facebook or Instagram through Meta’s platform.
Option 1: Revoke the integration in Meta
- Sign in to Facebook.
- Open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Business integrations or Apps and websites.
- Select the Miami Imagine integration and choose Remove.
Meta may change the names or location of these settings. Revoking access stops future access through that authorization. It does not delete posts already published to Facebook or Instagram.
Option 2: Request deletion from Miami Imagine
Email info@miamiimagine.com with the subject Meta App Data Deletion Request. Include:
- Your name and reply email address.
- The Facebook Page or Instagram professional account name or identifier connected to the integration.
- Enough information for us to verify that you control the connected account.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, or other login credentials.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify account ownership when necessary, and delete or de-identify the integration data we control, including stored access credentials, linked Meta account identifiers, and unpublished scheduled content associated with the verified account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless law requires or permits limited retention. We will send confirmation to the email address used for the request.
Security, fraud-prevention, legal, transaction, or audit records may be retained only when required and for the applicable retention period. Data controlled by Meta, including published posts and the Facebook or Instagram account itself, must be managed through Meta.
