Effective date: September 28, 2026
Miami Imagine Media (“Miami Imagine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a social-media management integration that can connect to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts through Meta’s platform. This policy explains how that integration handles information.
Information we receive
When you authorize the integration, Meta may provide information allowed by the permissions you approve, including your basic Meta account identifier, the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you select, account names and identifiers, access tokens, publishing status, and account or post insights made available by Meta. We also process content, captions, media references, schedules, and publishing instructions that you choose to submit.
We may collect limited technical records such as timestamps, request status, error details, and security or audit events. We do not ask you to send your Facebook or Instagram password.
How we use information
- Authenticate your connection to Meta and display the accounts you select.
- Prepare, schedule, publish, and monitor content when you instruct us to do so.
- Retrieve permitted publishing status and performance information.
- Protect the service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with law.
Sharing and sale of data
We share information only with Meta and service providers needed to operate, secure, host, or support the integration, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information and do not use Meta platform data for unrelated advertising.
Retention and security
We retain connected-account information and access credentials only while needed to provide the integration, protect the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices and deletion
You can revoke the integration from your Facebook settings at any time. You may also request deletion of data associated with the integration by following our User Data Deletion Instructions. Revoking access prevents future access through the revoked authorization but does not itself delete content already published to Meta.
Children
This integration is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the integration, law, or our practices. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
