Effective date: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Miami Imagine Media social-media management integration (the “Service”), which may connect to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts through Meta’s platform. By authorizing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Operator and eligibility
The Service is operated by Miami Imagine Media (“Miami Imagine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and authorized to act for every Facebook Page, Instagram account, business, or organization you connect.
2. The Service
The Service may allow authorized users to connect selected Meta accounts; prepare, schedule, or publish content; view publishing status; and retrieve account or post information made available under approved Meta permissions. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.
3. Your accounts and authorization
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Meta account and for all instructions submitted through your authorized connection. You must provide accurate information and promptly revoke access or contact us if you believe an account or authorization has been compromised. Do not send us passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, or other login credentials.
4. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Miami Imagine a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, format, transmit, and publish that content solely as necessary to operate the Service and carry out your instructions. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and licenses required for the content and its publication.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or malicious content.
- Send spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or misrepresent affiliation.
- Interfere with the Service, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use Meta data or permissions for a purpose not disclosed to or authorized by the affected user.
6. Third-party platforms
Facebook and Instagram are third-party services operated by Meta. Your use of those services remains subject to Meta’s terms, policies, permissions, technical limits, and enforcement decisions. Miami Imagine does not control Meta’s availability, account reviews, content moderation, API changes, or decisions to restrict or remove content or accounts.
7. Privacy and deletion
Our handling of information is described in the Social App Privacy Policy. Instructions for revoking the integration and requesting deletion are available in our User Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke Meta access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law or platform requirements, or address a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publication, continued availability of any Meta permission or feature, or any particular business, audience, or engagement result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miami Imagine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or account access arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your instructions, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or another party’s rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, or platform requirements. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
14. Contact
